Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Bootcamps.bd you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13+ (with parental consent if under 18) and able to enter a binding contract under Bangladeshi law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Enrolment and payment
Tuition is displayed per bootcamp in BDT and USD. Payment plans, where offered, are stated in the cohort agreement. All sales are final except as set out in section 5.
5. Refunds and placement guarantee
- 7-day cooling-off: full refund if requested within 7 days of cohort start, before week 2 begins.
- Placement guarantee: where explicitly offered on a bootcamp page, the stated guarantee terms (eligibility, employer interview minimums, geography) apply and override this section.
- Bootcamps without an explicit placement guarantee make no employment representation.
6. Conduct
No harassment, plagiarism, cohort recording redistribution, or use of platform credentials for scraping. We may suspend accounts for breach without refund.
7. Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings, slides, and code templates remain the property of Bootcamps.bd and its instructors. You receive a non-transferable licence to use them for personal learning. Your own project work is yours.
8. Referrals
Referral credits are non-cash, non-transferable, expire 12 months from issue, and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, third-party employer hiring decisions, or specific salary outcomes beyond explicit guarantee terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the tuition you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
Bangladeshi law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms with at least 14 days' notice on this page.
